The completed product on behalf of the insured and the insurers attracted an invitation from the loss adjusting group to apply to become an insurance panel approved contractor. This opportunity introduced him to a national loss adjusting group, marking the beginning of our involvement in insurance claim contracting.

“ It is often said that an Englishman’s home is his castle. This came true earlier this year when a fractured water pipe turned my ground floor into a moat. This is a worrying event to happen as one’s stress level, rather like the water continues to rise.
Fortunately I was contacted by Insurefix who from the start managed the situation so effectively. I felt fully informed and part of the process. Insurefix explained the work that needed to be done and kept me involved at all times.
Because of previous poor building work much of the damaged wood flooring required lengthy and dirty removal. Insurefix sealed off other parts of the house and protected the kitchen by building a temporary plastic wall.
All of the Insurefix workers were polite, respectful and sensitive to the situation. When the time came to lay new flooring the selection and ordering of solid oak flooring was done by Insurefix.
What was a most challenging period was made much more bearable because of the professionalism of Insurefix. I fully recommend their services should you find yourself in a similar situation.”
